With the Bialetti Moka Express you can make small cups of coffee in one go. You can use this percolator on gas or an electric hob. The handle is ergonomically shaped and therefore provides a lot of grip. Both the handle and the knob on the lid are made of plastic and therefore remain cool during brewing.
